Your original photos remain under the source you connect (for example, Google Drive). DX Gallery does not sell, misuse, or share your photo data or customer information with third parties for unauthorized commercial purposes.

We apply reasonable technical safeguards to reduce risks of unauthorized access, data loss, or unintended modification. Users are responsible for protecting their own login credentials; actions performed under a logged-in account are considered authorized by the account owner.

When support is requested, our operations team accesses only the minimum data scope required to resolve the issue. If disclosure is required by law, DX Gallery will comply with applicable regulations.
